*If use of the lake is desired, there is a fee of $95.00 for a lifeguard from Noon-6 p.m. If paddle boats are used, there is a charge of $95.00 for boat rental and boat handler, in addition to the lifeguard fee. There are additional charges for extra lifeguards and boat handlers when there are more than 200 guests. Life jackets and all sports equipment (horseshoes, bocce balls, and volleyball) are included free of charge. However, there is a charge if equipment is lost or damaged. Individuals will need to bring their own softball equipment.

1. Final menu, including optional items, must be specified two weeks in advance. Guaranteed attendance (minimum 150 adults) must be specified five days in advance. No beverage or food items will be permitted to be brought into the park.
2. Applicable sales tax will be charged on the food.
3. Eight percent gratuity will be charged on the food.
4. A non-refundable deposit of $600.00 is due when a reservation is made. In the event of rain or other inclement condition the deposit can be applied to the first available date.
5. The balance shall be paid on the date of the picnic.
