*If use of the lake is desired and weather permitting, there is a fee of $95.00 for a lifeguard. If paddleboats are used, there is a charge of $95.00 in addition to the lifeguard fee. There is additional charge for extra lifeguards when there are more than 200 people. Lifejackets and all sports equipment (horseshoes, bocce balls, volleyballs) are included free of charge. Individuals will need to bring their own softball equipment. However, there is a charge if equipment is lost or damaged.

There is an additional charge of $175.00 for the use of the clubhouse. A non-refundable deposit of $600.00 is required at the time of reservation. Sales tax of 6.5% and service charge of 8% will be charged to the food.
