Dear Mr. Yui,

As the holiday draws near, John and I have been reflecting a lot about our wedding. I hadn’t gotten the chance to let you know how wonderful our wedding was! We were blessed with a wonderful day – and even more so with such a stunning venue. It was so beautiful there in the spring and I was so happy how perfectly everything came together. Your staff was tremendous and most of all – the food was awesome! I was given many compliments on how good everything tasted. (The seafood canapés- we’re still talking about those!) I wanted to pass these compliments along to you. Again, we just couldn’t believe we were able to have a champagne wedding on a beer budget. Have a wonderful new year!

-John and Laura S.
